The SCUBA LMS Management module will accommodate any number of courses and users can process any number of enrollments in a single transaction, both on line, and at the point of sale (POS).
Price selection is automatic and based on the user category, and courses can be pre-paid via direct debit (DD) or PAYG. Course administration for student registrations, queries and updates, can be accessed by teachers via desktop and mobile.

Unique User Number
Each student is recorded on the database allowing users to manage individual record attendance and medical conditions, and to create a comprehensive history of progression and achievements.
Reduce Administration
No more lengthy queues at re-enrolment time as parents can simply roll-on automatically as students achieve the skills required at the current level in order to progress.
Restrictions
The course module allows courses to be set up to only allow students of a certain skill level or age to enroll. Courses can also be created by the course administrator to prevent receptionists taking enrollments before the set re-enrollment date.
Flexible Payments
Each course selected can be paid for in full or separately for each individual class by either DD or in person at the POS. Badges and awards can be purchased as and when they are achieved. Students can be cancelled or transferred easily and this feature will be available on-line through the Student Portal during the next phase of development. This will allow parents to move their own child, dependent upon the options made available by the course co-coordinator.
Registers
Registers are available in digital form via a mobile device or printed format if required. Mobile registers allow teachers to record attendance at the start of each class and then upgrade skills and achievement for each student as the lesson progresses. This works in real time and updates are made to the Scuba system automatically.
